Our Chocolate Layer Cake is best served at room temperature. Take your cake out of the box (or place it in your freezer in it's plastic wrap, immediately upon receiving). When thawing, remove plastic wrap immediately. Allow your cake to thaw completely-approximately 4-6 hours in the refrigerator or 3 hours at room temperature. Store your thawed cake in the refrigerator. Our cake is best eaten within 3 days after defrosting
