Juicy blueberries are the star of this classic pie. We choose the best wild and cultivated blueberries at the peak of sweetness, then tuck them in a light, flaky crust. We don't think you can improve upon perfection, but this pie shines when served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or fruit sorbet.

Place baking sheet on middle rack and preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic lid and wrap and place pie on baking sheet. Heat for about 20 minutes, or until heated through and crust crisps. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
