Baking Instructions: Must be heated before consumption. From Frozen. Preheat conventional oven to 400°F. Do not thaw. Remove plastic wrap and lid. Wipe top of ramekin to clean if necessary. Place ramekins on a baking sheet. Bake 23-25 minutes or until the tops of soufflés are puffed and slightly soft in the center. Caution, ramekins will be hot. Serve immediately and enjoy!
