Baking Instructions: Oven Broil. Do not thaw. Preheat broiler on high setting. Position rack 3-4 inches from broiler element so that crème brulee will be 1-2 inches from broiler element. Remove seal and plastic lid and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle one package of sugar evenly across each crème brulee. Place crème brulee under broiler element for 2-4 minutes or until top is golden brown. Remove from broiler and let crème brulee to stand 6-10 minutes before serving. Alternative method: Thaw and serve.
