Berkshire Pork Medallion Roast
  • Description

Oh-so supple, succulent and juicy — Berkshire pork has been cherished for over 300 years for its exceptional flavor. Though it's excellent with simple rosemary & honey-mustard rub or stuffed with Armagnac-infused prunes, we also love this roast with apples, pears or a Chinese black bean sauce. Pair with a Gewürztraminer or a lighter wheat beer such as Hoegaarden or Stoudt's. This roast is perfectly sized to make a delicious entrée for 2-3 people
