Oven-Roasted: Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove fish from packaging and place onto a non-stick or aluminum foil lined baking pan. Lightly oil and season both sides of the fish with salt. Place in the oven on center rack and roast for 12-15 minutes. Allow the fish to rest a few minutes. Cut and remove strings prior to serving. Enjoy!
Grill – Heat grill to medium heat and lightly oil grill rack. Remove fish from packaging and lightly oil and season both sides of the fish with salt. Place fish on grill and cook for 5 minutes. Gently flip over to cook the other side for another 5 minutes. Carefully remove from the grill. Allow the fish to rest a few minutes. Cut and remove strings prior to serving. Enjoy!Origin
