    We skewer tender scallops, jumbo shrimp, succulent lobster tails and crown it off with zesty lemon wedges. You get beautiful kabobs, minus the fuss. Just season lightly with a dash of salt and pepper, grill or broil, and serve over our steamed coconut rice for an easy and light entrée.

    Heating Instructions

    Grill:
    Remove skewers from packaging and rub with a small amount of oil to prevent sticking on the grill. Place skewers on medium direct heat. Cook for about 3-5 minutes each side or until shrimp and lobster are pink on the outside and scallops are opaque. Remove from heat and enjoy!

    Stove Top:
    Preheat a heavy bottom pan (we recommend cast iron) on medium high heat. Add about 1 tablespoon of oil. Remove skewers from packaging and place in pan. Cook for about 3-5 minutes each side or until shrimp and lobster are pink on the outside and scallops are opaque. Remove from heat and enjoy!
