Slightly sweet and delicately gingery, our chef's fresh spin on this familiar combination is sure to be a fast favorite for your family. Featuring slices of tender marinated chicken breast (raised without antibiotics), steamed jasmine rice, plump broccoli florets, crisp carrots, shredded napa cabbage, and a smooth teriyaki sauce to bring all the elements together into one dynamite dish.

- 1 cntr. Teriyaki Marinated Chicken Breast
- 8 oz. Broccoli & Carrot Mix
- 6 oz. Napa Cabbage
- 1 oz. Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 cntr. Jasmine Rice
Remove the sauce cup from the vegetable container and set aside. Our chef recommends using a 10”-12" non-stick sauté pan or wok. Heat the pan for 2 minutes over medium-high heat.
To cook broccoli/carrots in the microwave: While the pan is heating, place the bag in the microwave FreshDirect logo side up. Heat on high for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes in 1000-watt or higher, 2 1/2 - 3 minutes in lower wattage. Let the bag sit for 1 minute before removing. Open bag by tearing down at the tear notch, being careful as the contents are extremely hot. Set aside.
To cook broccoli/carrots on the stovetop: Add a ½ cup of water to the pan. Turn the heat to medium-high. Add the broccoli and carrots to the pan (from the bag). Cover the pan and let steam for 5-7 minutes; or until broccoli and carrots are al dente. Remove the broccoli and carrots from the pan and reserve. Wipe the pan out and return it to medium-high heat.
Place the jasmine rice into a microwave and heat on high for 2 minutes (1,000-watt or higher) or 2 ½ minutes (lower wattage). Let stand for 1 minute before carefully removing the plastic from the container.
Add 1 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the hot pan. Add the chicken to the pan in a single layer; sear for 2 minutes (or until golden brown). Turn the pieces over and cook through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Add the cabbage and cook for 1 minute or until al dente. Add the vegetables, chicken and sauce to the pan. Toss to coat all ingredients and cook for 1 minute more. Serve and enjoy!

Standard PackagingA Styrofoam tray that is sealed in plastic — rigid enough to stack in the fridge, and free of charge. Meat in standard packaging is best when eaten within 3 days (stored at a refrigerator temperature of 38 degrees). For optimal freezing we recommend vacuum packaging.
Vacuum PackagingThis sturdy, airtight plastic pouch will protect and prolong the life of your order. It is perfect for freezing. With the seal intact, vacuum-packed meat will keep for up to 9 months in your freezer. For your convenience, each roast is individually vacuum packed; when meat is sold as a chop, steak or by the pound, your meat will be vacuum-packed based on minimum quantity. For example, if the minimum quantity of chops is two, your chops will arrive in vacuum-packs of two.
NOTE: Always check the "use or freeze by" date on your product label.
