Our chef's version of cashew chicken has all the elements you're looking for: juicy marinated chicken breast (raised without antibiotics), crunchy cashews, crisp celery, bok choy and steamed jasmine rice for a balanced dish. Tossed with a slightly sweet oyster-garlic sauce to perfectly complement the nutty cashews, this dish is destined to be your newest household fave.

- 1 cntr. Soy Marinated Chicken Breast
- 8 oz. Bok Choy & Celery Mix
- 4 oz. Soy/Rice Wine Sauce
- 3 oz. Cashews
- 1 cntr. Jasmine Rice
Remove the sauce cup from the vegetable container and set aside. Our chef recommends using a 10-12” non-stick sauté pan or wok. Heat the pan for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the hot pan. Add the chicken to the pan in a single layer; sear for 2 minutes (or until golden brown). Turn the pieces over and cook through. Remove the chicken from the pan and reserve. Add the vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes or until al dente, stirring frequently. Return the chicken to the pan; add the cashews and the sauce. Toss to coat all ingredients and cook for 1 minute more. Place the jasmine rice into a microwave and heat on high for 2 minutes (1,000-watt or higher) or 2 ½ minutes (lower wattage). Let stand for 1 minute before carefully removing the plastic from the container. Serve and enjoy!

Standard PackagingA Styrofoam tray that is sealed in plastic — rigid enough to stack in the fridge, and free of charge. Meat in standard packaging is best when eaten within 3 days (stored at a refrigerator temperature of 38 degrees). For optimal freezing we recommend vacuum packaging.
Vacuum PackagingThis sturdy, airtight plastic pouch will protect and prolong the life of your order. It is perfect for freezing. With the seal intact, vacuum-packed meat will keep for up to 9 months in your freezer. For your convenience, each roast is individually vacuum packed; when meat is sold as a chop, steak or by the pound, your meat will be vacuum-packed based on minimum quantity. For example, if the minimum quantity of chops is two, your chops will arrive in vacuum-packs of two.
