Our traditional Thai beef curry has been lovingly (and painstakingly) prepared using over 25 ingredients. Tender slices of beef flank bathe in our chef's spicy chili sauce, which gives the dish a distinctive kick. Bamboo shoots, Thai eggplant, fire-roasted red peppers, and Chinese broccoli complete this mouthwatering dish, which will allow you to serve up an authentic curry with minimum fuss and maximum taste. Just add rice!
1. Remove cardboard outer sleeve, leaving plastic film intact.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes (1000+ watts) or 3 1/2 minutes (lower watts).
3. Before removing film, gently shake container and let stand for 1 minute. Enjoy!
