Nutritionists always tell us to get more whole grains in our diets, and with this ready-to-steam combination of wild rice, brown rice and quinoa, getting those grains to the dinner table has never been faster or easier. We've done all the cooking, so all you'll need to do is heat and serve alongside vegetables, poultry, fish or shellfish. Looking for something more complex? Just add your own special seasoning and sauce touches, or serve with our chef's Asian Veggies with Ginger-Garlic Sauce. (Microwave-only, BPA-free container)This 4-Minute Side is:
- a good source of fiber and iron
- two of servings of whole grains per serving
Remove container from sleeve. Do not open plastic cover. Important: heating times depend on microwave wattage. Place in microwave and heat on high for 2 minutes in 1,000-watt or higher microwave, or 2 1/2 minutes in lower wattage microwave. Let sit for 1 minute. Using tab, carefully pull back plastic on container. Enjoy!
