Description
This is no typical iceberg. Similar to red leaf lettuce in color and texture, this iceberg has a shock of red at the tips, making it a great choice for meals requiring a punch of presentation. Try it as a lettuce wrap with juicy beef strips and minced veggies, or sprinkled on top of homemade tomato and mozzarella pizza.- Nutrition
