Chinese Long Beans
  • Description
Long beans taste like green beans, only more intense. Nutty but full of fresh garden flavor. They're usually a foot and a half long. Although raw long beans are tougher than green beans, they turn just as tender when they're cooked. And they cook in just about the same amount of time — 4 or 5 minutes for crisp; 12 to 15 minutes for tender.
