Trinidad Scorpion Hot Peppers
  • Description
There is nothing normal about a Trinidad Scorpion Hot Pepper. It was bred for heat. Just looking at it, you know it's one mean pepper. Oddly enough this pepper doesn't just have heat, but excellent flavor as well. The pepper's intense heat makes it a fixture in competitive chili pepper eating. It is used in both fresh and dried forms, to "heat up" curries, pickles, and chutneys as well.
