    Save on prep time with our chopped, washed, and ready-to-eat mixed red and green Swiss chard. Solid and earthy, chard goes great in soups, stews, and casseroles. It can be eaten raw, of course, but we recommend newcomers braise it for their first experience. Try sautéing it with lentils, adding some crumbled feta, and then serving on the side of a fillet of grilled salmon.
