Scotch Bonnet Pepper
  • Description
Use these Jamaican peppers as you would any hot chile. Basically a habañero chile grown in the Caribbean, these peppers are going to be a little on the sweet side with a mild piquant taste. The Scoville units are "habanero-like" — around 100,000 to 350,000, or as our Produce manager likes to say,"pretty darn hot!!"
