Montinore Estate Pinot Gris is produced with fruit from biodynamically farmed vineyards in the northern Willamette valley. The six different Pinot Gris vineyard blocks on this estate contribute to this wine's complexity and character.
Ripe aromas of honey-baked apple and spice are framed by notes of mint and wax that pair easily with aged cheeses, spinach salads with blue cheese, and roasted poultry. Can also be served as an aperitif. (from the vintner)
