Description
Graves produces the finest dry white wines of Bordeaux thanks to its eponymous gravel soil. Chateau de Cerons is one of the region's oldest properties that has recently been reinvigorated in the hands of new owners.
A blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Sémillon and 10% Sauvignon Gris, this white Bordeaux has a fine and complex nose which travels from rose petal to exotic notes with a clever blend of floral, mineral and fruit flavors. In the mouth, a tonic structure and slight notes of brioche, wrapped in silky richness. The brightness and aromatic length announce its ability to age or pair with roast chicken, charcuterie or grilled seafood.(from the vintner)
