An Albariño from Rias Baixas made in a youthful, cool style with unbeatable flavor. A new expression of Albariño that keeps all of its original identity.
Bright, crystal clear, yellow with greenish highlights. Neat and fragrant on the nose, with intense citrus, grapefruit, green apple, floral (lavender) and hay aromas. This wine is dry with good balance and a refreshing acidity which shows varietal character. Powerful and rich in fruit nuances with complex touches of aromatic herbs before a long, clean, lingering finish. Extremely enjoyable with seafood — shrimp cocktail, lobster salad, leek soup, glazed pork ribs, grilled chicken, tuna or beef tartare. Also great with California rolls, Thai and other Asian cuisines.
