A truly exquisite Pinot Noir from Burgundy. This delicious wine is an easy drinking, everyday Pinot Noir that is fresh and approachable on the palate. It delivers silky tannins, nice acidity and bright red fruit, such as sour cherry and cranberry. It's sure to be a crowd pleaser. A perfect pairing for chicken, duck, or even richer fish dishes.
Maison L'Orée Bourgogne Rouge is produced from vineyards running along the lower slopes of both the Côte de Nuits, the northern part of the Côte d'Or, and the Côte de Beaune, the southern part of the Côte d'Or. The vines range in age from 56 to 88 years and are farmed sustainably. A great Burgundy for any time of year, but this light-bodied Pinot is perfect for those wanting red in the summer heat.
