Description
An exquisite Sancerre from one of Sancerre's best small producers. Michel Girard owns 48 acres of vines planted in the three different soil structures of Sancerre where the average age of vines is 15 years. The grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed, to preserve natural aromas, elegance and complexity. This refreshing white is pale gold in color with aromas of peaches, Meyer lemon, green apple and garden herbs. The palate has beautiful roundness of peach, pear and a mineral finish. An ideal match for oysters, goat cheese, grilled chicken and salads. (from the vintner)Alcohol Information
