Binyamina Reserve Chardonnay combines Chardonnay grapes from two of the winery's finest vineyards, both of which are situated at an altitude of 650-700 meters above sea level: one at the summit of the Galilee Mountains; and the other high in the Judean Hills, near Kibbutz Tzuba. Each vineyard produces grapes of the highest quality but with slightly different characters which, when blended, result in a very rich, complex and elegant wine.
The wine has a shade of golden yellow with exceptionally rich aromas from being aged for nine months in French Oak Barrels. The palate distinguishes complex and distinct flavors of refreshing citrus, peach, ripe melon and vanilla with an elegant, multi-layered textural balance. It is rounded off with a long and satisfying finish. (from the vintner)
