Description
Château de la Deidière is a magnificent property with mild valleys of vineyards bordered by olive groves in the picturesque heart of Provence. Originally a hunting lodge granted to the Counts of Pierrefeu by King Louis XIV, the wine pays homage to its noble heritage with a coat of arms on the label.A Grenache-driven rosé with a hint of Cinsault, Deidière has an attractive nose with aromas of fresh red berries (raspberries and red currants). The palate has a fresh, lively attack and a creamy texture rounded out with lemon, strawberry, and raspberry flavors. A great aperitif, this refreshing rosé will also complement starters, charcuterie, paella, and a variety of Mediterranean dishes and salads. (from the vintner)
