Château Ribaute is a historic property in the south of France's Corbières region. The farm can trace its roots to Roman origins and the Château is first mentioned in documents from 1285.
Ribaute rosé is a blend of 40% Carignan, 30% Syrah, 20% Grenache, and 10% Mourvèdre. It has a beautiful apricot pink hue and is fine and delicate on the nose with notes of red berries brought out nicely by a light touch of peach and apricot. It is fresh and elegant on the palate with fresh fruit flavors within a delicious, fruity finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or with seafood (trout with almonds), salads, olives, and veal dishes.
