A thirst-quenching rosé that is so tasty, you'll be glad it comes in liter bottles. Jean-Claude Mas has blazed the trail for premium winemaking in the Languedoc region of the South of France. This fourth-generation vintner strives to craft superior wines by making wines with authenticity and refinement.
This rosé is a blend of the traditional Mediterranean varieties Grenache 50%, Cinsault 30%, and Syrah 20%. The wine has a pale salmon color and a complex nose with cherry and strawberry notes evolving towards soft candied fruit. The palate is rich and smooth with ripe red fruits and a well-balanced acidity. It is best served with light dishes, salads, or on its own as an aperitif. (from the vintner)
