Vibrant, generous and alluring. Moët Impérial is the House's iconic champagne. Created in 1869, it embodies Moët & Chandon's unique style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity.
Created from more than 100 different wines, of which 20% to 30% are reserve wines specially selected to enhance its maturity, complexity and constancy, the assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grape varietals: the body of Pinot Noir, the suppleness of Pinot Meunier, and the finesse of Chardonnay.
Moët Impérial is an elegant golden straw yellow tone with green highlights. It has a sparkling bouquet with the vibrant intensity of green apple and citrus fruit, the freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers and the elegance of blond notes (brioche, cereal, fresh nuts). Its generous palate combines sumptuousness and subtlety—delicious notes of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach, apple), the alluring caress of fine bubbles and the soft vivacity of citrus fruit and nuances of gooseberry. Moët Impérial can be served throughout the meal, from aperitif to dessert, and pairs perfectly with sushi and other seafood, white meat and white fleshed fruits, such as a white peach tart served with a light, white chocolate cream.
