- The small family estate of Champagne Fleury has always had a special relationship with Pinot Noir. In 1901, Emile Fleury was the first grower to replant Pinot Noir after phylloxera.
Their Blanc de Noir is a 100% Pinot Noir Champagne from biodynamic vineyards. These vineyards give the wine great depth, a golden straw color, delicate fruit tones with notes of roasted almonds and brioche, lead to a beautiful texture and complex long lasting finish. It's a great complement to a variety of dishes, perfect with caviar or oysters but fabulous with bacon and eggs. (from the distributor)
