Hailing from the town of Tequila in Jalisco, Mexico, Hornitos Tequila is named after hornos, the little ovens used to roast agave. It was introduced to the world in 1950 by our founder Don Francisco Javier Sauza in honor of Mexican Independence Day.
Today, Hornitos only produces premium, double-distilled tequilas made from 100% blue agave. With an unforgettably bold, agave-forward taste, this tequila delivers a smooth, lively experience that is enjoyable from start to finish.
