The first super premium Pisco to enter the U.S. market, this Peruvian brandy is made from 13 pounds of Quebranta grape per bottle; free of added sugar, enzymes, yeast, or water — this all natural spirit is rested for one year before it is bottled. Medium to full bodied palate with pear, sweet cream, saddle soap, and pepper flavors. Finishes with slightly tannic, dry yet fruity notes akin to a powdered sugar dusted fruit tart fade.
It makes a delicious base for the iconic Pisco Sour, though it's smooth and subtly flavorful when served on ice. (from Macchu Pisco)
