Noilly Prat's vermouths are blends of dry white wines macerated with herbs and spices in the unique terroir of Marseillan, in the South of France.
Noilly's rouge is made from wines macerated with botanicals, including saffron from Greece, lavender from France, cloves from Madagascar, and cocoa beans from Venezuela. On the palate, it is a light to medium sweet and spicy wine with a subtle note of bitter cocoa and a wealth of botanicals. As with all vermouths, once opened, keep in the fridge. Best enjoyed within three weeks. (from Noilly Prat)
