This high proof, Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon is named for Henry McKenna, the Irish immigrant who adapted his family's whiskey recipe to work in the grains he found in Kentucky. Henry McKenna is the longest aged Bottled-in-Bond available today, resting in the barrel through a full 40 Kentucky seasons.
A warm golden amber colored bourbon with aromas of vanilla, caramel, oak, and a light herbaceous note. On the palate the taste of smooth oak, sharp spices, honey, and sweetness lead into a long, sweet and spicy finish. Enjoy this perfectly balanced Bourbon neat, on the rocks, or mixed with ice water.
