The sprawling 300-hectare Château Beaulieu is located just outside the village of Rognes in the heart of Provence, France. It is the most expansive estate in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation with 180 hectares of centuries old vines interspersed with stately oak, almond and truffle trees and the dormant La Trévaresse volcano.
The estate benefits from a mild Mediterranean climate and a diverse range of mineral-rich soils which contribute to the wine's complexity. The light pink peach color draws you in and the aromas seal the deal with hints of fruit forward juicy white peach, guava and papaya. Ideal as an aperitif, it will perfectly pair with seared scallops, a lump crab meat salad or a strawberry tart. (from the vintner)
