Although mâche (pronounced mosh) is a sweet, nutty plant that's been cultivated in France
since the 17th century, it may just be the next big thing in gourmet salad greens. Kids love
the mild flavor (not to mention the fact that it's also called "lamb's lettuce") and we're just
crazy about these leaves in lightly dressed salads, or as a bed for seared scallops.
This item is grown in Satur Farms' Florida location during the winter season.
