Cedar-Plank Preparation: IMPORTANT!
Planks are for outdoor grilling only, not for indoor cooking.
Grilling Instructions: Remove salmon from packaging and center fillet(s) skin side down on soaked plank, avoiding the edges. If using a marinade or glaze, brush on fillet. Place plank on outdoor grill at medium heat. Close grill lid and cook salmon until center is opaque in color and flaky, about 15 minutes. FDA recommends heating fish to a minimum of 145°F. If flare-ups occur, reduce grill heat. When cooking is complete, carefully remove plank from grill and transfer to a heat-proof platter for service.
