    This dish packs a punch — a punch full of crunchy, yummy, chili-y goodness, a punch so good it hurts! There are the veggies, and a lot of them — Chinese broccoli, haricots verts, snap peas, napa cabbage, zucchini, each bite more delicious than the next. On top of all that fresh, green beauty is the golden puffed tofu, each piece acting as a little sponge for the sauce — the garlicky, sweet, sesame, chili sauce. Cook it up and you'll see — this one's a knockout.

    Heating Instructions
    Remove the sauce cup from the vegetable container and set aside. Our chef recommends using a 10”-12” non-stick sauté pan or wok. Heat the pan for 2 minutes over medium-high heat.

    To cook vegetables in the microwave: While the pan is heating, microwave the vegetable bag for 2-2 ˝ minutes, FreshDirect logo side up. Remove the vegetable steam bag from the microwave, carefully open at the seam and reserve.

    To cook vegetables on the stovetop: Heat the pan for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the hot pan. Add the vegetables (from the bag) to the pan. Stirring frequently, cook for 3-4 minutes or until al dente and reserve.

    Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the hot pan. Add the tofu to the pan in a single layer; turning frequently until all sides are golden brown. Remove the tofu from the pan and reserve. Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to the hot pan. Add the cabbage and zucchini to the pan; cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the reserved vegetables, tofu and sauce. Toss to coat all ingredients and cook for 1 minute more. Serve and enjoy!
