Our bakers use frothy egg whites, sugar and matzo meal to make these heavenly coconut confections. They're golden on top with a tender, chewy center inside. While delicate enough to pair with créme brulee and a knockout accompaniment for tropical fruit salads, these sweet cookie classics also go solo with panache. Warning! Our in-house tests have found them to be dangerously addictive.
