    Decadent in salads, delightful in quiches or rich bean ragouts and essential for cassoulet, duck confit is ever-impressive, but who has the time to make it? Save yourself the fuss. Our legs arrive recipe-ready.

    Heating Instructions
    Item is fully cooked, serve hot or cold. Serving Suggestions: To serve cold, remove and discard skin and bone. Shred meat by hand and serve over salad. To serve warm, heat on stovetop. Place legs in appropriate size pan and cover with stock or water. Heat over low heat until warmed through, about 10 minutes. Microwave - Place legs in microwave safe dish and add 3 tablespoons of stock or water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat until warmed through, about 2-3 minutes. Once warmed through, remove and discard skin and bone. Shred meat by hand and serve as a component of an entree, such as rigatoni.
