One-inch squares of white-meat turkey grill up moist, rich and flavorful. Meatier than chicken,
but less intense and less fatty than beef or lamb, turkey kabobs are one of our favorites on the grill.
Try alternating the pieces with peppers and onions or apple or winter squash chunks. Toss them into a
spur-of-the-moment stir-fry, or brown them and add to turkey chili.
