Think of this as a warm tabouleh salad on delicious overdrive. Nutty bulgur wheat is topped with our chefs' yogurt-marinated chicken breast (we seriously swooned the first time we tasted this chicken), spinach, peppers, tomatoes, chickpeas and zippy feta cheese. The salad is finished with lemon, olive oil, golden raisins and mint because... yum.

|1. Remove cardboard outer sleeve, leaving plastic film intact.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes (1000+ watts) or 4 ½ minutes (lower watts).
3. Before removing film, gently shake container and let stand for 1 minute. Enjoy!
