    Looking for an easy alternative to take-out pizza? This is a meal that kids (and adults) will love assembling and eating with their hands! This Mediterranean-inspired meal for two features warm, chewy whole-grain flatbread topped with hummus, steamed spinach, our low-sodium pole-caught tuna and chickpea salad and fresh, peppery arugula. Once you've piled your flatbread high, squeeze fresh lemon juice onto the top for a bright finish.

    Heating Instructions
    To heat flatbread in oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread equal parts of hummus over each flatbread and place on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes or until bread is crisped.

    To heat flatbread in toaster: Once the bread is toasted, spread equal parts hummus over each flatbread.

    Just Before Serving:

    To cook spinach in the microwave: Place bag of spinach, FreshDirect logo side up, into the microwave. Cook on HIGH for 40 seconds (1000+ watts) or 1 minute (lower watts). Remove the spinach steam bag from the microwave, carefully open at the seam and reserve.

    To cook spinach on the stovetop: Heat a non-stick sauté pan for 1 minute over medium-high heat. Add ˝ teaspoon of olive oil to the pan. Add the spinach and cook until just wilted. Reserve.

    Assemble and Serve: Divide the steamed spinach evenly between each flatbread. Top the spinach with equal parts tuna salad, followed by equal parts arugula. Season with a generous squeeze of lemon. Cut into wedges and enjoy!
