1 lime
1 lemon
1 small orange
1/4 to 1/2 cup Simple Syrup
32 ounces dry ginger ale or ginger beer
6 large mint sprigs
Ice

For the Simple Syrup:
2 cups sugar
2 cups water

PREPARATION

1. Thinly slice lime, lemon, and orange; quarter slices. In a pitcher, combine citrus with simple syrup, ginger ale or ginger beer, and mint sprigs; stir.
Simple Syrup: In a saucepan, boil sugar and water over medium-high heat until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool completely before using.
