Serves 4
 Bravo's Top Chef

1 lb rigatoni noodles, preferably fresh
3 cups pre-made marinara sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp shallots, chopped
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 cup sun dried tomatoes, sliced thin
2 tbsp sherry
1/2 cup red wine
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp crushed red pepper
kosher salt and black pepper, to taste

Cook pasta and drain. Bring all other ingredients to a boil, then simmer. Introduce cooked pasta and cook until warmed through. Plate and serve.
