    Makes 8-10 servings.

    1 pound spaghetti (or any shape pasta you like)
    2 pounds ground turkey breast
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 cups spaghetti sauce

    Preheat oven to 350° F.
    Cook the spaghetti according to box directions. Mix the next 5 ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Line a cookie sheet (sheet pan) with foil. Spread meat mixture evenly onto the sheet pan and bake for 15–20 minutes.
    When the pasta is done, drain it in your colander (strainer).
    Secret Tip!
    To see if the spaghetti is ready, toss a strand against a wall — really! If it sticks to the wall, it's done! If the spaghetti bounces off the wall, it means it's still too hard to chew and needs a few more minutes of cooking. BUT BE SURE to ask Mom or Dad first, and don't try this on wallpaper!
    Remove pan from oven and let it cool a little before you handle the cooked meat. Cut out lettershaped meatballs with your alphabet cookie cutters.
    To serve, put the spaghetti on a plate with some sauce and the meatball shapes and enjoy the compliments!
