3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 5.5-ounce bags plain potato chips*
3/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Zest of 1 lemon, grated

we've included a slightly larger quantity in the ingredients list below.
|Heat oven to 350° F. In a small saucepan over low heat,
warm the oil and garlic for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let
stand for 10 minutes. Pour the chips into a serving bowl. Drizzle
with the oil and toss. Transfer to a baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes.
Return the chips to the bowl. Add the parsley and the zest and toss. Serve warm.|
