1 10-ounce package frozen peas
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
|Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the peas and cook until tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain.
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the peas, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook until warmed
through, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add the mint and toss.
