2 eggs
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup currants or dates, chopped, or prunes, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking pan. Beat eggs in a medium bowl until very light. Add honey gradually in a very fine stream, beating constantly. Stir in flour, baking powder, and graham cracker crumbs, then add dried fruit and nuts, mixing well. Spread batter in prepared baking pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm in center and brown on top. Allow to cool. Cut into squares. Makes 16 squares.
