1 piece FreshDirect pizza dough, frozen (whole wheat or regular)
1 cup Sabra "Hummus & Tahini" or Sabra "Supremely Spicy Hummus" (mixed)
1 pint FreshDirect grilled mixed vegetable salad
1/3 cup pitted Manzanilla olives, cut in half lengthwise
1 Coach Farm "The Medallion" goat cheese, crumbled
Extra-virgin olive oil
Fleur de sel sea salt
All-purpose flour, to roll out the pizza dough

On the night before: Remove the pizza dough from the freezer and place in refrigerator to thaw overnight.

1. One hour before use: Take the pizza dough out of the refrigerator and remove all packaging. Coat the dough in a very thin amount of olive oil. Let stand at room temperature for one hour to allow the dough to rise (proof).
2. After proofing the dough for an hour, preheat the oven to 500° F. Place a pizza stone or rimmed baking sheet (placed upside down) in the middle rack of your oven.
3. Dust a large, clean surface with flour, enough to lightly cover the surface. Flatten the ball of dough and work it into a circular shape with your hands. Once you have a 6- to 8-inch circle, place the dough on the floured surface. Dust the surface of the dough with a little more flour. Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough into a 12-inch circle, rotating and flipping dough as needed to achieve this shape. Rolling from the center out, make sure the dough is evenly thick in all places. (It does not need to be a perfect circle.)
4. Carefully transfer the dough to the preheated pizza stone or upside-down baking sheet. Brush the surface with olive oil. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Dough should be firm, but still pale. It should slide easily from the tray and not be sticky. Remove the par-cooked pizza crust from oven. (Par-baking the dough may be done in advance.)
5. Spread hummus about ¼-inch thick on the pizza dough. Top with grilled mixed vegetable salad, olives (place the cut side down so they don't roll off the pizza), crumbled goat cheese and fleur de sel, to taste. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
6. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Cooking will take up to several minutes less time if you are using a convection oven setting.
7. Carefully remove from oven. Let stand for 2 minutes before slicing and serving. Drizzle with more olive oil if desired.
