The American Cancer Society's Healthy Eating Cookbook

*4 cups cooked skinless boneless chicken breast, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup almonds, chopped and toasted

*FreshDirect Note: Since we don't sell plain unadorned, cooked chicken breast, we've included raw chicken in this recipe. Simply grill, broil, steam or bake, then cool and chop for use in this salad.
