La Boîte Ararat

Ararat is a blend of Urfa biber, smoky pimentón, and fenugreek. Blending fenugreek leaves and seeds (which are bitter with a slight onion scent) with pimentón and chocolatey Urfa chile, mimics the smokiness of bastirma.
