This semi-soft table cheese is produced by Hofkaäserei Kraus in Bavaria. It starts with milk from Brown Swiss cows, then spring ramps are blended in for a garlicky, oniony touch. The creamy and buttery flavor makes it a perfect addition to any cheese platter. You could also melt it over a burger or pair it with a crisp lager, dark buttered bread and charcuterie for a traditional Bavarian snack.
